YouTube Channel Name Generator
Type your niche, pick a style, and get 20 unique, brandable channel names with matching @handles — copy-ready in under a minute.
Your name ideas
Handles here are suggestions, not reservations. Each one uses 3–30 lowercase letters and numbers — a safe subset of YouTube's handle rules.
We never check availability and can never promise it. Verify your favourite at youtube.com before you print a banner.
How it works
Type the niche you make videos about — “gaming”, “sourdough”, “budget travel”. Add your first name if you want personal names like AlexVerse.
Six style banks reshape the same niche: punchy, cozy, techy, mythic, minimal or wordplay. Slide the length limit from 8 to 20 characters.
Star the names you like into the shortlist tray, copy one at a time or copy the whole shortlist in one tap.
Why these names work
Every name is filtered against your length limit, so nothing gets truncated mid-word. Names that need extra room are clearly badged “relaxed length”.
A batch never repeats a name, and each new batch is checked against the previous five in your session before it is shown.
Handles are slugified to lowercase letters and numbers only, so a name read aloud on a stream still lands on the right channel.
FAQ
Is the name or handle actually available?
Unknown — and this tool never guesses. It is a name idea generator, not a lookup service. Open youtube.com and try the handle yourself before you commit.
Does anything get sent to a server?
No. The generator, the dedupe memory and the shortlist all live in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, stored or emailed, and there is no sign-up.
Why did a name get flagged “relaxed length”?
When an obscure niche plus a tight length limit and a large batch would otherwise return too few fresh names, the generator widens the limit by two characters instead of showing you an empty grid. Those cards are badged so you know.
What happens to emoji or accents in my keyword?
They are transliterated or dropped: accents fold to plain letters, emoji and other symbols are removed, and anything over 24 characters is trimmed at a word boundary. A short hint shows you exactly what was used.
