Simple Free Collage Maker
Drop in 2–12 photos, pick a layout, and download one clean square collage as PNG or JPG. No app install, no sign-up, no watermark — your pictures are rendered right here in the browser and never uploaded.
Build your collage
Rendering happens on your device — nothing is uploaded.
Add 2–12 photos to build your collage.
How it works
Three taps, no account, no upload.
Pick 2–12 pictures from your camera roll or drag them onto the drop zone. Files stay on your device.
Choose a layout, then tune the gap, corner radius and background. The preview redraws instantly.
Hit Download for a watermark-free PNG or JPG named after your layout, ready for any feed.
Why people use this instead of an app
It is a web page, not software. Open the link, make the collage, close the tab — nothing to download but the picture.
Every pixel is composited in your browser with the canvas API. Your photos are never sent to a server.
The exported file is exactly your grid: no badge, no border, no "made with" strip.
Export at 1024, 2048 or 4096 px on the long edge — square output that fits every social post.
Auto grid, one-big-photo, 3×3, filmstrip and mosaic all crop to fill, so nothing is stretched or squashed.
What you see in the preview is exactly what the download contains — same crop, same spacing, same colours.
FAQ
Is this really free, and is there a watermark?
Yes and no. The tool is free with no account, and the downloaded image has no watermark, logo or border.
How many photos can I use?
Between 2 and 12. The 1 + 2 layout is designed for 3–5 photos and the 3 × 3 layout for 5–9, so those options grey out when your selection does not fit.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Images are read locally with object URLs and drawn onto a canvas in your browser. Nothing leaves your device and nothing is stored.
Why is my photo cropped?
Tiles use a fill crop (like object-fit: cover) so the grid stays aligned without distortion. Tall portraits lose a little top and bottom; wide shots lose a little from the sides.
Which file format should I pick?
PNG is lossless but heavier — good for screenshots and graphics. JPG is smaller and usually the better choice for photo collages you plan to share.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The layout is built mobile-first, and exports up to 2048 px are comfortable on a modern phone. 4096 px works too, just give it a few seconds.
