تحويل من Jpg الى Gif

Drop one photo for a static GIF, or 2–30 photos to build a looping animated GIF with your own frame timing. Everything is encoded on your phone or laptop — no account, no server, no upload.

🔒 Stays on your device ↕ Drag to reorder frames 💾 Real GIF download

1 · Add your JPGs

JPG, PNG or WebP. One photo → static GIF. Two or more → animated loop.

2 · Tune the loop

Static unlocks with exactly one photo.
20–2000 ms per frame.
Height follows the first photo.

⬇ Download GIF

Nothing to download yet.

  • 🔒 Encoding runs in your browser — your photos never leave the device.
  • 🎞️ Film-strip order is animation order: drag a thumbnail, or use ◀ ▶.
  • 🖼️ Photos keep their aspect ratio and are letterboxed in white to the first photo's size.
  • 📐 GIF tops out at 256 colours — that is the format, not a setting.

How it works

Three steps, no upload, no waiting on a server queue.

1 · Drop

Tap the drop zone or drag in your JPGs. Each photo becomes one GIF frame.

2 · Order

Drag thumbnails (or use ◀ ▶) to set the animation order, then pick a frame delay.

3 · Export

The loop is quantized to 256 colours and LZW-encoded in your browser, then downloaded.

Why this GIF maker

🔒 Private by construction

There is no upload endpoint at all — decoding and encoding both run in this tab, so photos never leave your device.

📱 Phone-first

Big tap targets, a film strip that wraps instead of scrolling sideways, and no sign-up wall before the download.

🎛️ Your timing

Frame delay from 20 ms to 2 s, loop forever or 1/3/5 times, and export widths of 240–1200 px.

🚫 No watermark

The produced file is a plain GIF89a — no branding, no added frames, no per-download limit.

🎨 Smart 256 colours

One palette is built for the whole animation with median-cut quantization, so colours stay stable and the loop does not flicker.

🧮 Honest numbers

Pixel size, byte size, frame count and per-frame delay are reported from the actual encoded file.

FAQ

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. This page has no upload route: the JPGs are decoded by your browser, and the GIF is compiled here too. Turn off your network and it still works.

Why does my GIF look slightly different in colour?

GIF is limited to a 256-colour palette, so photos are quantized. The tool builds one palette from every frame (median cut) instead of resampling each frame, which keeps gradients smooth and stops frames from flickering.

What happens with photos of different sizes?

The first photo sets the canvas. Later photos keep their aspect ratio and are centred with white letterboxing, so nothing is stretched or cropped.

My delay of 20 ms looks slower in the browser. Why?

GIF stores delays in hundredths of a second, and browsers clamp anything under 20 ms up to 100 ms. For fast animation try 50–100 ms and check the preview.

Can I convert HEIC from an iPhone?

Not directly — most browsers cannot decode HEIC. Share or export the photo as JPG first (iPhone: Share ▸ Copy Photo on some apps, or Files ▸ Convert), then drop the JPG here.

How large can my files be?

Up to 30 photos of 20 MB each. Encoding runs on your device, so very large sets slow down with your own hardware rather than a server quota.
