Twitch Overlay Maker
Design a clean 1920×1080 stream overlay — webcam frame, chat box, alert panel and top bar — in your browser, then download a transparent PNG for OBS. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
Build your overlay
Pick a preset, tweak it, and download. The preview updates instantly and the checkerboard shows exactly what stays transparent.

In OBS: Sources → + → Image, choose the PNG, set position 0,0 and size to the canvas size (or right-click the source → Transform → Fit to screen).
How it works
Webcam + chat, full-frame border, top bar + ticker, or panels only — the default loads a finished-looking overlay in one second.
Choose an accent colour, panel opacity, type your channel name, and optionally drop in a logo. The canvas redraws on every change.
One click exports a transparent 1920×1080 (or 1280×720) PNG straight from the canvas. No watermark, no sign-up, no upload.
Sources → + → Image, pick the file, set position 0,0 and scale it to your canvas. Your webcam and game sit behind the transparent gaps.
Change the colour or your channel name and download a fresh PNG — every version stays consistent because the layout maths is fixed.
The renderer is plain canvas code and your logo is read with FileReader, so no file ever reaches a server.
Layout presets
Camera frame bottom-left, chat panel on the right, alert box top-left, channel bar across the top. The safest all-rounder for just chatting.
A thin accent frame with framing brackets, a top bar and your channel tag bottom-left. Maximum game view, minimum furniture.
Channel bar up top and an accent ticker along the bottom — ideal for marathon streams where you announce things on repeat.
Just the webcam frame, chat box and alert panel — no frame or top bar, so it layers cleanly on top of an existing scene.
FAQ
Is it really free, with no watermark?
Yes. The page is a single canvas renderer — there is no account, no trial and no watermark layer in the exported PNG.
Where does my logo go?
Your browser reads the file with FileReader and draws it into the top-bar slot next to your channel name. The image is never uploaded to any server.
Which canvas size should I choose?
Match your OBS canvas. 1920×1080 covers 1080p streaming; 1280×720 keeps the same layout at 720p. Both stay 16:9, so scaling down later keeps the proportions right.
What does the panel opacity slider do?
It controls how solid the dark panel fills are. At 0% the fills disappear and only the accent outlines, labels and bars remain, which is handy when your gameplay is already busy.
The overlay is a static image — is that enough?
For a clean scene, yes: use it as an Image source and let OBS's own chat and alert sources sit inside the boxes. Re-download a new PNG whenever you want a different colour.
